Topics will include visual focus, finding the dot, presentation, tracking, movement and more.
Needed for the class: a dot equipped pistol, 3+ mags, eye and ear pro, 300+ rounds of ammo.
Please zero your gun ahead of class. We will confirm zero, but the better your zero, the more time we have to learn.
The distance you zero is less important than knowing your zero, anywhere from 10-25 yards is fine. 15 yds is a good middle ground.
Make sure your dot is mounted correctly and torqued properly. I will bring a torque tool and be at the range early if anyone needs help with zero and correct torque. (This is not the time to bring your dot in the box and mount it in the morning)
